First Tooth

Cat lost her first tooth! (Technically her first since she doesn't remember the top two coming out). She was so excited about it being loose she wiggled it all day long until it came out. She put it under her pillow and this morning there was money and she was so excited about it. Now she is wiggling her other tooth that is loose and won't leave it alone.

Birthday

Had a shared birthday with Brian on Sunday.  He got a new wardrobe and I got a brand new sewing machine!!!!!!!!!!!  I love sewing and I am so excited to get it.  I am now currently making Cats Christmas dress.  So far it is turning out great.  I can't wait till it is finished and she can wear it!!!!

Halloween

Catherine wanted to be Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony for Halloween this year.  I searched online for a costume with no luck until I found a dress that another lady had done.  Thinking to myself.....Grandma Pete has a sewing machine, I will make this with hers......and off I went to make my daughters costume.  She loved it.  We went to the trunk 'n treat and she had a blast showing off her costume and collecting candy until she was the last child running around the few cars that had candy left.  By the end the last of the cars dumped their candy into her bucket so they could be finished.  Her spoils of the night were 4 pumpkins full of candy.

Mom handed out candy and Dad handed out glow necklaces for trick or treating.

She fell to sleep on the way home with candy in her hands.

Pumpkin Carving

Stephen and Catherine carved the pumpkin we got at the pumpkin patch in california.  Stephen scooped out the guts with his hands as Catherine refused to.  She insisted to use a spoon the entire time.

Catherine and I designed the pumpkins face and Stephen cut it out.  Looks awesome!

Fall Festival and Costume Contest

We went to the Fall festival on saturday.  Catherine dressed up in her My Little Pony rainbow Dash costume and had a blast.

 

Half way through the day Caroline, Kimmie, and Andrew joined us for the festivities.  The kids played games for candy, colored, searched for candy, and jumped in the bounce house.

 

 

 

 Catherine had fun in the costume contest.  She turned around for the judges and wiggled her tail and flapped her wings.  the girls around her showed their interest in wanting Catherine's costume.

 

 

Stephen, Caroline, Kimmie, and Andrew showed their support, rooting for Catherine in the stands.

 Catherine Won!!  She received an award and a gift certificate from Walmart for $20.

 

 

 

Catherine bought a barbie that came with a slide and 2 pupplies to slide down.  The barbie sits on the side lines while she plays with the slide and puppies.

 

California

We went to California to visit Grandma Julie and do a couple activities.  We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay!

Met up with Tami and the family.  Eleanor joined us for the tea-cup ride.

Dang! Eleanor is a whole head taller than Catherine.

Catherine was looking forward to seeing Merida.  She is her #1 Princess.

And Catherine was happy to see Grandma Julie!
